We are Andrew and Emma and we’re happy you’ve found our website. We pride ourselves on running a personal property hunting service for busy people who dream of relocating to the coast. We want you to make sure you’ve found the right people to help you, so let us tell you a little bit about us.
I think the first thing to know is that we have both relocated, moving our families from London to the South Coast, so we know what’s involved, how stressful it can be and how much you worry about making the ‘right’ decision. It’s one of the reasons we set up Capital to Coast. We know how rewarding relocating is, but also what a huge step it can feel; we want to help give you the room to breathe and find the perfect place for you and your family.
Andrew worked in London for PWC consulting for Lloyds bank, CIS Insurance, the RAC, and ICI. He then set up his own logistics and Removal Company, which he ran for 14 years. He moved to the coast about 7 years ago and continued to run his London based business for 4 years from his home on the South Coast.
Having sold the removal business in 2017 - he now supports Small businesses across Sussex through Federation of small business - and has a huge network of business owners ready to help you with your relocation.Arrange a call with Andrew

Emma lived in London for 10 years, working for pharmaceutical giant Astrazeneca in sales and marketing on a number of multi-million-pound brands. In 2008 she took redundancy and after the birth of her son a couple of years later, followed her lifelong dream to move out of London and live by the sea and set up her own business.
She now lives on the West Sussex / Hampshire border with her family and runs a business coaching and property investment organisation. She is very well connected with large number of businesses across the South Coast and passionate about everything coastal living has to offer.Arrange a call with Emma
